Baqa College was launched with a vision aimed at building a vibrant, productive society, not merely a consumer one, with purposeful community values, and to achieve a growing and sustainable economy. This is done through building and enhancing capacities, raising efficiency, and developing an ambitious segment of academics who achieve self-fulfillment.

In harmony with the vision of the Council for Higher Education, Baqa College aims to ensure that every academic student has access to quality education that guarantees continuous development, rehabilitation, and guidance toward professional and career choices.
