Architecture


The Bachelor's program in Architecture aims to integrate engineering and architectural sciences to develop and refine skills related to architectural design.
The program prepares graduates to be proactive, competitive, think freely, take responsibility, and engage with societal issues.
The program grants a Bachelor's degree after completing 158 credit hours, with a focus on using modern engineering software and keeping up with the concepts of green architecture and sustainable building.

Government departments and local authorities: such as municipalities, ministries of local government, planning, and public works.
Building and housing design: includes designing residential homes, commercial and industrial buildings, and public facilities.
Urban planning and urban spaces: designing and planning cities, residential neighborhoods, and commercial complexes.
Restoration and renovation of historical buildings: redesigning and restoring historical buildings to preserve their cultural value.
Interior design: designing the interior spaces of buildings and structures.
Architectural and design offices: working in offices for building design and architectural projects.


The curriculum includes a set of specialized engineering and architectural courses, in addition to practical courses in specialized laboratories.

To join the program, the following requirements must be met:

  1. A high school diploma (Bagrut or Tawjihi) according to the requirements of each specialty.

  2. Achieving the minimum required grade:
    Architecture - 80%.


Number of in-person teaching days: 3 days a week.
Location of meetings:

  • At Al-Zaytouna University (in-person).

  • At Baqa College (in-person via Zoom).
    Transportation is available through Baqa College.
